The
four products comprising the range, Silenta,
Compacta, Observa, and Consertina are designed
to suit all applications and budgets, the
range is suitable for use in areas where
flexibility is equally as important as performance.
Silenta
Silenta is a high specification; top hung acoustic moveable wall system that
provides acoustic performance of between 37/53dB(RW). The system comprises
individual panels suspended from a top track only, with each panel having
a top and bottom retractable seal that locks between the ceiling track
and floor. Operation of the seals is achieved by a simple 90° turn
of the removable locking handle and a variety of stacking arrangements
ensures optimum use of space. Pass doors may also be included if required.
The appearance
of the system may be tailored to suit individual
requirements with facings available in hardwood
veneer, vinyl, melamine, laminate or spray finishes.
Panel edges can be fitted with either exposed
or concealed profiles to suit the frequency of
use, with additional special details such as
routed grooves or applied moldings also available.
Some facings can be supplied to meet Class 1
or Class O
fire ratings.
Compacta
Compacta is a hinged panelled sliding wall system, floor track fitted with
an optional top hung system available. The range is designed for rooms where
multiple uses and rapid changes are required. Panels are fitted with an aluminium
profile to each long edge complete with rubber box seals to ensure an airtight
fit when fully closed. A reasonable level of sound reduction is achieved
with the use of bubble seals at the upper and lower edges of the panels.
The folding configuration
is tailored to meet individual specifications
allowing panels to stack at one end or be bi-parting
and be either centre fitted or off-set. The system
can incorporate routed grooves to give the appearance
of dado rails or skirting and is available with
a variety of finishes some providing Class 1
or Class O ratings.
Observa
Observa fully glazed screens afford a fresh, modern and exciting alternative
for the division of areas without the visual barrier of solid panels. Ideal
for offices, schools, leisure centres and shopping complexes, glass panels
are individually supported from a heavy-duty head channel or can be operated
with floor support and top guide track. The system can be stacked to one side
or supplied for bi-parting.
Available in
either single or double glazed format, panels
may be supplied to include manifestation or blinds.
Swing doors or full height pass doors are available
with all aluminium profiles available in either
an anodised or powder coated finish. Acoustic
ratings of up to 32dB(RW) are achievable.
Consertina
The Consertina range has been developed to provide speedy, efficient and cost
effective room division. Available in durable lightfast, flame retardant
and non-corrosive PVC coated fabrics or a choice of vinyl coverings, the
system is top hung without floor rails and either single or bi-parting
units.
All flame retardant materials conform to BS6868 with acoustic performance ranging
from 15 to 32dB(RW) depending on the model specified. |
