Tenon Vitrage is a double or single glazed partition system that combines function with the clear, aesthetic benefits of silicone glazing.

Using a minimum number of aluminium framing sections, Vitrage provides an office divide that allows unhindered vision whilst maintaining the privacy of individual offices.

The latest addition to the range is Vitrage (dB), a stylish double glazed system, ideal for applications where acoustic performance is paramount. Sound reduction of up to 47 dB (Rw) can be achieved, whilst retaining the spacious, visual simplicity of glass.

Using either 10/10.8mm or 12/12.8 mm toughened/acoustic glass, depending on the height of the partition; glazing is achieved with the use of standard Tenon crystal clear glazing gaskets that remove the need for use of silicone around the perimeter of the system.

Vertical silicone joints maintain the visual simplicity of the product, whilst crystal clear plastic jointing sections may be used to provide dry joints between glass panels.

To maintain the open feel of the product, frameless doors are fitted within the system using floor pivots and patch fittings or floor springs if required. If standard timber veneered doors are required these are accommodated within the Tenon 77mm Fire and Sound range of doorframe profiles, which are fully compatible with Vitrage sections.

Where desired, or in order to comply with building regulations, fully glazed panels may have manifestation films applied to them. These can be used to simply highlight the presence of the partition, create individual designs or incorporate logos. Tenon 77mm Fire and Sound solid walls can be integrated with either single or double glazed Vitrage.
